Health-O-Mation is an operational transformation partner providing clinic mapping, workflow automation blueprints, and API integration designs. We operate as a subsidiary of Aero D2C Labs. Our services do not include direct medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or clinical services of any nature.

2. Compliance and Patient Data

Health-O-Mation does not view, host, or store patient medical history or Protected Health Information (PHI). All of our automation scripts and data routing configurations are designed to run within local client servers or HIPAA-compliant SaaS databases. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their software credentials and local database storage satisfy relevant regulatory standards.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including clinical flowcharts, layout designs, custom icons, code samples, calculators, and brand logos, is the property of Aero D2C Labs and is protected under national and international copyright regulations. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to design robust, fail-safe API integrations, Health-O-Mation shall not be held liable for scheduling overlaps, software uptime issues, clinical data sync delays, or business losses resulting from server outages. All workflows are tested in a sandbox before production launch.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations of the jurisdiction where our parent group (Aero D2C Labs) is officially registered, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles.
